Marlboro Economic Development "Club"
This is an informal gathering of folks looking to develop deeper ties / strategies to the good work happening around us.
We'll be joined by Ben Doyle, President of the Vermont Preservation Trust. The Trust's motto is: "Saving Buildings & Building Community For More than 40 Years". You can read their 2025 annual report here.
Ben has spent his entire professional career in service to rural communities as a Peace Corps volunteer and administrator, high school educator, and most recently in a variety of leadership roles at USDA Rural Development. Raised in the Northeast Kingdom, Ben is passionate about the history of, and potential for, Vermont’s communities.
Ben has served as Chair of Vermont Humanities board, President of the Vermont Community Development Association, and currently is on the Boards of VSECU, the Public Assets Institute, and the Northeast Kingdom Collaborative.
Thank you to Marlboro Community Center for hosting us!
