​Through lived experiences, discussion and a practical listening exercise, we will explore:

• ​How communication bias can show up at work

• ​The role our listening habits play in another person's communication experience

• ​Practical ways to make meetings, interviews, presentations and everyday conversations more inclusive

​The session is for anyone interested in communication, inclusion, and creating environments where people feel heard and understood, including founders, managers, professionals, social entrepreneurs, and members of the wider community.
