As we move through the season of Summer, nature invites us to expand, connect, express ourselves and celebrate life.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Summer is associated with the Fire Element and the energy of the Heart; the centre of joy, connection, vitality and spirit.
This special Yin Yoga workshop offers an opportunity to slow down and explore the wisdom of the season through long-held postures, mindful awareness, breath and deep rest.
Together, we will explore how the Fire Element influences our emotional and physical wellbeing, and how Yin Yoga can help us cultivate balance during a season that often encourages us to do more, move faster and stay constantly stimulated.
Rather than burning brighter, we will learn how to tend to our inner flame with awareness, softness and intention.

About the Facilitator
Sabina Medina is a mindfulness facilitator, Yin Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and event producer with over 20 years of experience creating spaces for connection, wellbeing and personal growth.
Her approach combines mindful movement, nervous system awareness, meditation and seasonal wisdom to support people in living with greater balance, clarity and authenticity.
