The Pause: Candlelit Yoga and Sound Bath with Live Saxophone (Season Finale)
Join us for our final candlelit evening until Fall 2026. ✨ Live saxophone will carry you through an evening of slow yoga and an immersive sound bath.
THE PAUSE invites you to do what New York rarely allows: be still. This experience is a sanctuary, a safe haven away from the noise. 2 hours of total bliss designed to help you pause, exhale, and be poured into.
The evening begins with a slow yoga flow accompanied by live saxophone and closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other percussion to help melt away stress and reset your nervous system.
