Lead With Your Story: The Summit
If you've ever sat in a leadership room, on a stage, or in a session and quietly translated yourself into someone else's language just to be taken seriously, you already know the problem this summit exists to solve.
Most conversations about leadership, visibility, and influence weren't built with you in mind. If you're from the Global Majority, part of the LGBTQIA+ community or are living with a disability, chances are you have spent years being told your experience is "too much" or "not quite right". Which is why the traditional advice you get from books and Instagram reels rarely fits. It asks you to shrink, adapt, or leave the most powerful part of yourself at the door. That's not your fault. It's a true gap in the narrative, and it's exactly why Lead With Your Story: The Summit exists.
We believe the fastest way to real influence isn't fitting into someone else's mould. It's learning to lead with the story only you can tell.
This one-day summit brings that belief to life. You'll move through live storytelling in action, a real coaching conversation on stage, a headline interview, and a panel exploring the full picture of what it takes to lead well.
Along the way: you will make new connections, receive practical tools, and take home some gifts.
