​Manager Fundamentals is a 4-day virtual training for frontline managers — anyone responsible for other people's output and productivity, whether you're new to the role or you've been managing for years without formal training. It's for managers who want to get better at communication and hard conversations, and who want to dig deeper into driving accountability on their team.

• ​Day 2: The Accountability Framework — how to build accountability into your team's rhythm without micromanaging.

• ​Day 3: Feedback, Hard Conversations, and Growing Your People — how to give feedback that lands and navigate hard conversations without confrontation.

• ​Day 4: Team Dynamics and Manager Reflections — the Five Dysfunctions of a Team, closing with each manager's own reflection on where they're headed next.This program is an introduction to the foundational skills of management. For managers ready to go deeper, it's the on-ramp to our full two-day behavioral analytics workshop on benchmarking, hiring, and building teams that perform to their wiring.
