Quantum Bites: A Hands-On Lunch & Learn (Quantum Workshop for a General Audience)

The Graduate College is excited to host Quantum Bites, in collaboration with the University of Calgary's Office of Development and Alumni and the Quantum Club!

Ever wondered what “quantum” really means? Join us for a relaxed, interactive lunch where you’ll see the strange world of quantum physics come to life.

What's on the menu?

• Live interactive demos: Observe quantum phenomena with everyday objects

• Fun activities and games: Discover quantum through play.

Through this event, we hope to spark curiosity about the quantum world to our campus, and raise funds in support of United Way of Calgary and Area.

This event is free, accessible to all, and lunch is provided! No background in quantum, science, or math is needed, just curiosity!
