​ASTRO BODY ~ is an immersive yoga, breath and sound healing experience rooted in movement, music, and deep listening. 🪐 ✨

​This immersive experience weaves together an all-level vinyasa flow led by Valerie with live music and looping artist Xuun. Clarifying pranayama and sound healing will be guided by Yael.

​Together we will weave an expansive opportunity to reconnect to your body and breath through rhythm & breath.

​We will begin with an intentional opening circle before moving into our practice and closing circle to end with tea and snacks.
