THE PAN-AFRICAN YOUTH IMPACT BOOTCAMP COHORT 2.0
Every generation inherits a continent.
Few generations are given the opportunity to redefine it.
This is one of them.
Africa is young.
And that is more than a demographic fact. It is one of the continent’s greatest opportunities.
Across Africa are millions of young people with the ambition to build companies, create jobs, advance technology, influence policy, transform communities, tell new African stories, and solve problems that affect millions of lives.
But ambition alone is not enough.
The Africa we want will require a generation that knows how to think deeply, lead boldly, collaborate across borders, and turn ideas into things that work.
That is why we created the Pan-African Youth Impact Bootcamp.
For six weeks, Fellows will enter an environment designed around learning, dialogue, experimentation, collaboration and execution.
You will engage with people working across different sectors and disciplines — including entrepreneurs, technology professionals, creatives, researchers, executives, policymakers, innovators and other practitioners contributing to Africa's development.
Across the programme, Fellows will:
Explore — examine the forces shaping Africa's future and the opportunities emerging from them.
Question — interrogate assumptions, conventional wisdom and easy answers.
Engage — learn directly from people with experience across different sectors and contexts.
Collaborate — work with peers whose backgrounds and perspectives differ from yours.
Create — translate ideas into practical projects, proposals and solutions.
Reflect — develop a clearer understanding of your own strengths, interests and place within Africa's larger story.
Because we don't just want young Africans who can talk about change.
We want young Africans who can build it.
Applications are now open.
📅 Bootcamp begins: 29 August 2026
🌍 Open to young Africans aged 18–35
🎓 Fully Funded
⏳ Application Deadline: 26 August 2026
Your continent needs builders.
