What we’ll cover
Measure & Know Your Body with Jad Nehme, Founder of DexaScan :
Jad will explain what bone-density and body-composition data can reveal, why these measurements matter over time, and how a scan can be a helpful starting point for getting to know your body better. His perspective will help us approach health data with curiosity rather than judgement: not as a score to chase, but as useful information to support more informed choices.
Understand Your Hormones with Dr Sandra Chareau
Dr Sandra Chareau will connect this data to the realities of women’s physiology: menstrual cycles, perimenopause/ menopause, stress, sleep, fatigue and more. She will explain how hormones can affect bone health, metabolism, energy and muscle mass, and why every result should be understood within a personal and medical context. Her approach reminds us that numbers are only one part of the wider picture of health.
Move, Recover & Regulate with Stephane Marnot, Co-founder of Spark Club
Stephane will close the conversation by bringing these insights into everyday life: how movement, recovery and nervous-system regulation can help us build strength, energy and resilience over time. The goal is not to chase perfection or an ideal body, but to create sustainable habits that lasts.
