What to prepare:
BREAK OUT 1
You'll be asked to share:
Your name, a one minute synopsis of your background, and where you are in the Brave Starts process.
What connections and introductions you're struggling to build/what help you most need.
BREAK OUT 2
You'll be asked to think about:
What problems do you most want to spend your energy solving/what issues can most benefit from your skills and time?
What actions can you take to identify projects that need your help?
Can you build your own project to address a need?
About Gemma Clarkson
Gemma is a chartered occupational psychologist and career coach. In addition to providing 1 to 1 coaching, she works with clients across sectors designing and using assessments to recruit and develop talent, and has also delivered a range of development programmes. Gemma holds a Certificate in Career Coaching and other coaching qualifications from the CIPD, Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring and Centre for Coaching. She has a strong interest in supporting those midlife and beyond explore their career options.
