Parul L. Bhandari is a Customer Success Consultant, speaker and author in Chicago. As the founder of CustomerXSuccess, she brings over 20 years of experience helping companies from $0 - $100M, grow through Customer Success and retention strategy. Named a top 25 Customer Success Strategist globally in 2025, Parul is the author of The Customer Success Talent Playbook and a series of books celebrating Indian heritage. She also recently launched a podcast, called "The Business of Success," to help companies build better from the inside out.
