In celebration of our second ALO Sanctuary in Sydney, ALO THE GALERIES, we invite you to begin your day with a mindful wellness walk led by ALO Community Coach Eddie Nelson —a moment to pause, re-center, and reconnect.
This walk is designed to support recovery and well-being, offering space to move gently, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. Whether you come to ground, to restore, or simply to be present, this is your time to slow down and walk with intention.
After the walk, join us back at the store to connect with the community over beverages and shop our newest collections.
