AI Rollouts That Work: Engineering Leaders Lunch with Gauntlet AI

What does it take to make AI adoption work across an engineering team?

Join Houston AI Club and Gauntlet AI to an exclusive lunch at The Original Carrabba's on Kirby with Ash Tilawat, CTO of Gauntlet AI, and fellow Houston engineering leaders navigating that question.

Ash has worked with more than 60 companies on their AI rollouts and has trained and placed hundreds of engineers. He’ll share lessons from that work—what has held up in practice, where teams have struggled, and what those experiences mean for leaders making decisions about their own teams.

Then we’ll open the conversation around the table. Bring your questions, challenges, and experiences for a discussion with peers who are hiring engineers, developing their teams’ AI capabilities, and putting AI into practice.

Who this is for

CTOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, VPs of Engineering, and senior engineering leaders who manage development teams and are actively hiring or investing in AI skills. Directors at larger organizations are also welcome to request a seat.

What to expect

• Practical lessons from AI rollouts across more than 60 companies.
• A discussion facilitated by Ash, with room to ask questions and compare experiences.
• Lunch and time to connect with a small group of engineering peers.

Request a seat to join the conversation. Lunch is complimentary but space is limited to keep the discussion personal and useful.

Location is The Original Carrabba's on Kirby, 3115 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77098.
