Bosque Sonoro (Hike & Sound Heal) 🍃
Hike Summary:
Hike & Sound Healing with Julian from Not Tourists
This will be our most unique hike to date. This time we’re headed into the woods for a forest sound healing session with our friends from Gaia Home Experiences.
We’ll hike through the mountains and pine forests of El Retiro, until we reach our camp base. Here, we’ll tune into the frequency of the forest and access deep meditation through Sound Healing.
After this we’ll continue our hike back to El Retiro and have lunch at a local favourite: Osteria Local.
