HRC Fit: Hormonal Health with Dr. Nalya Jessamy @ Hill Studio
Saturday, September 19
10:00 AM
HRC Fit is a four-part wellness series created to support movement, recovery, strength, and overall well-being through intentional community experiences.
Please note that this space is intentionally created for Black women. We ask that you respect and honor this as a safe space to run, connect, and engage.
Across the series, we’ll move through mobility, strength training, conversations around hormonal health, and recovery practices designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and each other — both in running and in everyday life.
This session focuses on hormonal health with Dr. Nalya Jessamy at Hill Studio.
Our hormones impact far more than we often realize — including energy levels, recovery, sleep, stress, mood, endurance, and overall physical performance. Yet many women move through fitness spaces without access to conversations that help them better understand how their bodies are functioning.
This brunch-style wellness conversation is designed to create space for education, reflection, and open dialogue around the relationship between hormonal health and movement.
Led by Dr. Nalya Jessamy, this session will explore:
hormonal health and physical performance
stress and recovery
cycles, energy, and movement
sustainable wellness practices
understanding and supporting the body holistically
This experience is rooted in accessibility, community care, and creating space to explore wellness in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and sustainable.
Whether you join us for one session or commit to the full series, HRC Fit is an invitation to slow down, learn, move, recover, and grow together.
