This year we have events across 30+ countries and 80+ locations!
María is hosting an afternoon mingle designed to connect Stockholm's generalists through meaningful conversations and story sharing. With conversation starter cards to spark connections, it's the perfect space to celebrate diverse skillsets and discover the hidden generalists in your city.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Your host María is a former innovation consultant in Spain, now a program manager at Ashoka (NGO and global network of social entrepreneurs) while bringing new life to an old ruin in rural Spain and nurturing her creativity through ceramics. Her favorite part about being a generalist? "Connect the dots between fields of work, unlocking new skills and keep my curiosity constantly alive!"
