NaviGoers #1: Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Archeology Museum
NaviGoers is a series of slow, affordable day trips from Paris using the Navigo pass or the Public Transportation System (RATP).
We choose simple destinations, walk together, explore for a couple of hours, and then spend intentional time connecting through games, conversation, and guided moments of reflection.
This is for you if you'd like to explore more of the Île-de-France but would love to do it in company, meet new people and enjoy a relaxed but thoughtful experience 👣
NaviGoers was created out of the desire to notice more beauty, explore the region, take advantage of the Navigo pass and connect with others on the path to belonging and appreciating this territory. If you share this desire, join us!🙌
📓 How would it unfold?
We will meet at La Défense (RER A) station and start with a short welcome, followed by a few group games to warm up and get to know each other.
From there, we’ll travel together to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. During the ride, you’re free to enjoy the trip quietly or join in a few optional games and conversations.
Upon arrival, we’ll take some time to learn about the place through its history, its art and a few curious details. We will then visit the Musée d’Archéologie Nationale.
After the visit, we’ll share a relaxed brunch at a local boulangerie (no one eats alone!).
Before heading back, we will do two rounds of facilitated group conversation, followed by a short walk in rotating pairs around the ville before we close the experience.
You'll be guided by an experienced host, who'll make sure everything goes smoothly. 🍭

FAQ
• Can I come alone or in a group?
Yes to both! under the promise you are coming with an open heart to meet new people and interact outside of your circle
• Is this a tour?
Nope! The trip is a casual experience meant for meeting people while exploring accessible destinations together. The host is not a tour guide and the trip is not meant to be strong in history or art.
• Why is it charged?
We charge a small fee to cover the design, facilitation, and care of the experience. You’re not paying to access people, to “join a community” or to just hang out. You’re supporting the invisible work that makes the day feel safe, intentional, and well-held. Unstructured hangouts already exist — and they’re free. What we offer is a thoughtfully designed container with clear intentions, and gentle facilitation. Having a structure is what allows strangers to relax and be themselves, this is appreciated specially by introverts.
• Can I be late?
Please don't! Each moment in the itinerary is significant and carefully scheduled.
• I signed up but never got an invite. Why?
We usually get a high volume of sign-ups, yet we like keeping it cozy & only invite around 15 people. Please try again next time if you do not receive an invite - no hard feelings 💛
• Is this a networking or dating event?
Nope! The event is primarily designed for exploring the region and connecting with others without business or romantic expectations. This doesn’t mean it can’t happen, it’s just not the intention!
🙅♀️📱This event is a no-phone experience. 🙅♀️📱
