She Rests: A time for Rest & Restoration

Life moves fast — sometimes we just need to pause.

This small event is for gentle relaxation and renewal. With space for six guests, you'll have room to breathe and relax. (2 massage tables, 1 couch for someone to lay on, 2 yoga mats)

We'll begin with a guided grounding meditation with some gentle breathwork, followed by soothing recorded music featuring gong, crystal bowl, and more. From there, the time is simply yours to rest.

During the rest time, I'll offer an optional five minutes of gentle craniosacral work to each attendee who'd like to receive. I'll ask about this at the start, so there's no pressure — if you'd simply like to come and be still, you are more than welcome. We'll finish together with a few closing positive affirmations of acknowledgment and gratitude.

What to bring: A blanket if you'd like one. I'll have room-temperature water and hot water for tea — with a few varieties on hand — or feel free to bring your own favorite teabag.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. If the outside temp is warm, I’ll have fans on with windows open.

I've been practicing craniosacral therapy for 24 years and spent a decade hosting weekly meditative sessions. The optional hands-on work (requires simple waiver) offers a gentle reset for the nervous system — deeply relaxing, regulating, and grounding.

Come as you are. Rest is the only thing on the agenda.

Participants must live or work in Shorewood, Wisconsin, and will be requested to sign a liability waiver on arrival.
