About Event

A gift-based live circle to feel this work — the heart of the Foundations Cohort — together.

This medicine lives in a room, in shared space and community.

Come breathe with us and see what wants to move.

What We'll Experience Together

🕯️ Somatic Grounding
We'll begin by arriving in our bodies.

🏮 Liberated Orienting
A brief orienting to the four living pillars: Relational Ecology, Embodied Learning, Restorative Culture, and Reciprocal Belonging.

🌊 Community Connection
Time to weave our wisdom together - what's alive in your practice? What challenges are you facing?

🌱 Harvest & Closing
Gather what's emerged and close in gratitude.

What You'll Need:

  • Space you can be present for 60 minutes

  • Something to write with (journal, paper, device)

  • An open heart and willingness to connect authentically
