Here Together — Men's Mental Health
Here Together is a facilitated community space for people seeking meaningful connection and a good chat.
This particular edition is a men's only gathering.
This is not therapy and not a networking event. It’s a honest, true space to slow down, listen, and be with others in a shared space.
For this space, we will be exploring the subject of men's mental health.
We’ll gather in a small group and spend time:
– Introduction + icebreaker
- Checking-in
– Open conversation
– Key takeaways
– Conclusion & thanks
You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need the right words. You just need to show up as you are.
Practical details
– Duration: 90 minutes
– Group size: max 6 people
– Open to anyone
If you’re looking to build community, have a chat and make some friends, this space is for you.
