This Welcome Dinner will be hosted in a Secret Supper format — a thoughtfully curated dining experience designed to encourage deeper conversations and meaningful connections.
Seating will be intentionally arranged by the ARC team based on participant backgrounds and profiles. Each table is curated to mix perspectives, regions, and experiences, allowing conversations to go beyond surface-level networking.

Guests may not be seated with their plus-one
Light discussion prompts may be introduced to help spark meaningful dialogue

Plus-ones must be registered via Luma
Plus-ones will participate fully in the Secret Supper format, including assigned seating

ARC On Tour will take place from 21 to 24 January 2026 — a four-day journey of curated experiences designed to connect, recharge, and inspire.
The fee for ‘Tuk Me to Dinner’ is priced at USD 99, which includes the welcome dinner and an exclusive ARC merch pack, specially prepared for all attendees.
