​The Games We Play at Work Workshop is a high-energy virtual workshop where we break these patterns down so you can understand the games at work and decide how you want to play them without losing yourself in the process.

​We’ll be breaking down:

• ​Persona game- What do you want to be known for at work?

• ​Visibility game- Does it feel like no one sees your work?

• ​Ownership game- If you stop working, what do you actually have?

• ​Optionality game - What’s your backup?

• ​Likeability game - Will it cost you if you say no?
