SUMMER SOLSTICE HIKE ☀️
Saturday, June 20 | Beacon, NY

Celebrate the official arrival of summer with a community hike up Mount Beacon via the historic Casino Trail. Expect challenging movement, fresh air, insightful conversation, and sweeping Hudson Valley views. We'll take a rest at the top for a guided, HypnoBreathwork session led by Gabe Snow.

After the hike, we’ll regroup for brunch at Kitchen & Coffee on Main Street in Beacon. The first 7 guests to register will receive complimentary round-trip transportation. while additional guests are welcome to coordinate carpools or take the Metro-North from Grand Central directly to Beacon. Cars leave from Brooklyn at 7AM sharp, with a trail arrival of 8:30AM.

Nature should be free. We’re acting accordingly. $10 donations go to PDC.

Itinerary Includes:

7:00AM depart from Brooklyn
8:30AM trailhead arrival
8:45AM begin hike (~5-mile round trip)
10:00AM mountain top breathwork
11:30AM end hike
12:00PM refuel @ Kitchen & Coffee (optional)
1:00PM return to Brooklyn
