Grant Notten is a professional tennis coach and mental performance coach working within the fields of performance and human potential.
Through years of observing players in both training and match environments, he identified clear mental and emotional patterns that consistently affect confidence, development, learning, and match performance.
Grant’s work focuses on understanding why this happens — and developing practical systems that help players improve the way they think, respond, compete, train, and perform.
RESET™ was built around these observations and principles:
helping players understand how pressure affects the mind and nervous system while providing practical tools they can apply immediately to improve focus, emotional control, confidence, learning, and performance.
