Manchester Members Meet-Up

​An in-person evening of connection, conversation and community.

​If you’re a Brave Starts member based in (or near) the North West, we’d love you to join us for a relaxed and friendly in-person meet-up in central Manchester.

​This evening is all about connection — meeting fellow members, sharing a little about your background and current career thinking, and having open, supportive conversations about the challenges you’re facing and the kind of support you’re looking for as you navigate your next chapter.

​The session will be facilitated by Brave Starts member Jon Davies, creating a welcoming space where everyone can contribute at their own pace — whether you’re feeling clear and confident, or still figuring things out.

​What to expect

• ​A warm welcome and casual networking on arrival

• ​A short introduction and facilitated group discussion

• ​Time to connect, reflect and learn from each other’s experiences

• ​Optional informal networking afterwards over a drink (plus a quiz, if you’re feeling competitive!)

​Schedule

• ​17:00 – Arrival & casual networking

• ​17:30 – Short presentation and facilitated open discussion

• ​18:30 onwards – Continue conversations upstairs in the café/bar
  (There’s also a quiz downstairs from 19:00 if you’d like to stay on)

Jon is a Brave Starts member and small business mentor and consultant at SecondBrain Consulting, where he helps growing businesses improve their technology, systems and processes. 

​Having found Brave Starts hugely valuable during his own career transition, Jon is looking forward to bringing members together and building connections within the North West community.
