A slow summer series for ambitious, sensitive women craving softer mornings, real connection, and time to simply be.
Each gathering begins with a gentle outdoor yoga practice, followed by space to sit together, chat, picnic, and quietly read our own books side by side.
Introvert & sensitive soul friendly = no pressure to constantly socialise, no need to perform or “network.”
Just a slower way of spending time together.
🐛 Why a “crawl”?
Part of the idea behind Yoga & Book Crawl is getting to slowly explore new outdoor spaces together — parks, riversides, quiet corners, and places that might already exist right at your doorstep.
Maybe you’ve walked past them before.
Maybe you’ve never noticed them fully.
Maybe you didn’t even know they were there.
When I first moved to Maidstone, one of the things I loved most was discovering the beautiful outdoor spaces around me — the river walks, song birds, hidden greenery, and wildlife woven into everyday life.
This series is an invitation to experience those spaces differently: more slowly, more intentionally, and in community.

– Gentle beginner-friendly yoga
– Different parks / outdoor locations throughout the summer
– Time to read your own book quietly together
– Casual conversations + community picnic vibes
– A welcoming space to come alone or with a friend
You don’t need to be “good” at yoga or reading consistently. Everyone welcome to join.
This is about presence, not perfection.
