Geneva Meetup #6: Leadership Programmes for Managers: Comparing Notes
Leadership Programmes for Managers: Comparing Notes
After the success of our last meetup on learning impact, we're back to explore another question that keeps many L&D professionals busy: what actually makes a leadership programme valuable for managers?
Join us for an interactive session with Maria Lorenza Barone, who has designed and led leadership programmes in both academia and fast-growing scale-ups. Together, we'll compare notes, challenge assumptions, and honestly explore what works, what doesn't, and why.
🤩 What to Expect
Peer discussions
Real examples of leadership programmes that succeeded... and that didn't
Honest conversations about design choices, trade-offs, and impact
Practical ideas you can test in your own organisation
Networking with fellow L&D practitioners from across the Geneva area
