KindHoop - Donation-based Aerial Hoop Class 🐾

​Ever wanted to try aerial hoop? This is your chance, and it’s for a good cause.

​Join Fabiana, an aerial hoop artist and teacher based in Lisbon, for an open level class that meets you exactly where you are.

​What to expect
Fabiana’s style is playful and supportive. She starts with the foundations and then lets the movement flow with creativity, so everyone can explore the hoop at their own pace.

​🌱 New to the hoop? You’ll get a safe, welcoming first approach. No experience, no flexibility, no strength required to start.

🌀 Already have some hoop time? You’ll work on transitions between figures and build full combos with spins.

​About Fabiana
Fabiana is an aerial hoop artist and teacher in Lisbon. She loves meeting people where they are and helping them discover what their body can do in the air.

​Why donation-based?
Kind Movement is a community that moves for animals. The class is free, and every donation goes 100% to the animals at União Zoófila (UZ), with no deductions. After each event, we share on Instagram how much was raised and what it was used for.

👕 Wear comfy clothes that cover your knees and the back of your legs (leggings work best) and a top that covers your armpits.
👥 Spots are limited because of the number of hoops, so please only sign up if you can come. If your plans change, free up your spot for someone else.
