

Mindfulness for Leaders
Mindfulness for Leaders is a live, guided session using science-backed strategies to give you a dose of calm during your busy week. This event starts with an introduction and we quickly get into the mindfulness practices. You will be guided through each one and given space to try it out independently. This is a quiet, reflective, present practice best done in a space where you will have no distractions. Through this interactive session, you'll walk away feeling calmer and more insightful knowing that these strategies will help you to reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve decision-making. Bringing these practices into your career will produce benefits for you over time. Join us and try it out!
