This exclusive experience is designed to celebrate feminine strength, softness, and self-love. Through intentional, controlled movements and mindful breathwork,Kru Jaja invites women to reconnect with their core both physically and emotionally.
10am — Shining Your Light: Sound Healing with Girl Healing Club
A deeply restorative session with Thip, Reiki Master and Sound Healer at Moonism Healing. Expect to leave feeling lighter than when you walked in.
2pm — Muay Thai Fundamentals with Combat Collective
Learn the basics of Muay Thai with Claudia, a coach with nearly 10 years in the sport and a passion for empowering women to take up space in a male-dominated arena. Combat Collective is the world's fastest growing women-only combat sports community.
6pm — Sunset Yoga with Live Piano with Bangkok Yoga Diary
Close out the day with Poy, RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, as the sun goes down and a live pianist plays. The perfect way to land after a full day of everything.
