LP-GP Crossroads Berlin
LP-GP Crossroads Berlin is a curated speed-dating event for allocators and fund managers, designed to create worthwhile first meetings during SuperReturn and SuperVenture.
Speed dating is unusual in venture capital — and that's why it works here. LP-GP relationships typically form through warm introductions over many months, or through chance encounters at conferences where signal-to-noise is low. SuperReturn alone draws thousands of allocators and managers into Berlin for a few days; finding the handful who genuinely fit your mandate is nearly impossible by accident. A structured format solves that directly.
The event is small by design: 14 LPs and 14 GPs, over a two-hour breakfast. In a single morning, everyone has the chance to expand their network through meaningful interactions — including with people they may already know but rarely get real time with.
The format offers:
Time efficiency. A morning of relevant conversations with a diverse range of potential partners, maximizing the value of your time.
Structured interactions. Every conversation runs the full allotted time — enough to go past introductions and into substance.
Equal access. It's about meeting a curated group of GPs and LPs; everybody talks to the same number of people on the other side of the table.
LP-GP Crossroads is built for people who value relevance over volume. Attendance is curated and space is limited to preserve the quality of the experience.
The event is hosted by Consuelo Valverde (KF 19) of Endurance28, Alex Lazarow (KF 19) of Fluent Ventures, and Jared Campbell of Endurance28, and builds on the LP-GP Crossroads format first introduced in San Francisco in 2023.
