​Each year, we bring women from across the workers' compensation industry together for a day dedicated to wellness, leadership, professional development, and taking time to focus on themselves. ​The Oléa Spring Reset for Women in Workers' Compensation is designed for women working in the workers' compensation industry. Throughout the day, you'll participate in hands-on workshops led by experts covering topics including women's health, hormonal health, mental wellness, stress management, work-life balance, leadership, and other wellness topics that support both your personal and professional life.

​While many of the sessions focus on women's health and wellness, men are welcome to attend.
