​Matt Poladian is the Chief People Officer at Liferay, where he leads the company’s global HR function. Before that, he held HR leadership roles at Walt Disney Animation Studios and Walt Disney Television. He’s spent more than two decades in people leadership and also serves as an elder at Grace Community Church.

​Matt has spent his career on the hiring side of the interview table—reading resumes, sitting in interviews, and helping make hiring decisions.
