Twelve people bring one real problem they're working on. The room works it with you until something moves. Then we train, and along with that, a full 3D body scan measuring body composition and posture for a broader understanding of yourself.
🗣️ The Mastermind
A round table. Members share whatever they're stuck on — a hire you can't decide on, a price you can't defend, a market that won't open. By sharing different insights and perspectives on the same problem, the goal is for you to leave with a fresh set of ideas to keep the momentum of your work.
💪 The Body
Then we train the way the body was built to move. In a coached session using ancient equipment, we reach the limit of what our bodies were meant to achieve.
Alongside it, a full 3D body scan measuring composition and posture, so you leave with a clearer read on what you're actually working with and the next step for real change.
