Indique: Gudi Padwa Celebration
A celebration of renewal, spring, and Maharashtrian (Western Indian) flavors. This edition is about the bittersweet tang of raw mango, the warmth of ghee, and the subtle floral whispers of saffron and cardamom. Expect a menu that is vibrant, and customary to Gudi Padwa celebration.
🍽️ What is Indique?
Indique is a ticketed supper club that sits somewhere between a restaurant and a dinner party with friends. Each gathering features a one-time menu shaped by a theme, a season, or a memory. When the edition ends, the dishes retire too, creating a dining experience that lives only once.

A Maharashtrian tasting journey: A multi course menu featuring festive Gudi Padwa classics and seasonal spring flavors.
A symphony of textures
Stories of tradition: Learn about the symbolism of the gudi and the flavors of Maharashtrian cuisine.
The communal table: A warm, intimate atmosphere where food is the icebreaker and stories flow freely.

If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform me so seating can be arranged. Cancellations are not possible for this event.

Prachi is a Data Scientist by day and a passionate cook at heart. For this edition, she’s bringing the festive spirit of Gudi Padwa and the vibrant flavors of Maharashtra to Sweden. Through Indique, she shares her love for thoughtful cooking, storytelling, and community, creating a dining experience that celebrates tradition with a modern touch.
