You know what you want. Getting there is another story. We'll get into what's really shaping how you show up, and one shift that starts changing it.
Vanessa Saint-Gelais didn't set out to become a coach. She spent a decade studying the brain as a neuroscientist, then another decade leading teams inside global pharmaceutical companies, before building her own coaching and consulting practice.
That path shows up in how she works. She brings together neuroscience, executive coaching, body-based intelligence, and over a decade of corporate leadership experience to help professionals and executives navigate career transitions, high-stakes decisions, and leadership challenges with clarity and confidence.
Her clients are accomplished people who know something needs to change but aren't sure what, or who know exactly where they want to go but keep hitting the same walls. She helps them figure out why and move.
