The Sobremesa Club is going to Maison Champenoise on March 14th (18:00–20:00) and we’re inviting 20 of you to join us 👀
Maison Champenoise was born from a simple idea: bringing a taste of Champagne to Amsterdam 🥂. The place was founded by Lema and Thomas, two childhood friends from Reims, in the heart of Champagne, whose friendship spans more than 15 years.
Driven by a shared passion for food, hospitality, and craftsmanship, they brought their vision together in Amsterdam introducing the pâté croûte, a French classic they felt fits naturally into the city’s food culture. Think golden, crispy pastry pies filled with generous, comforting ingredients, my mouth is watering just writing this event description.
AND whats even cooler, is that we’ll be tasting new recipes before they officially hit the menu. So you’re not just eating, you're part of the R&D team 🤝.
What you’ll get for €25:
– Two different pies (150g each making a meal)
– Homemade salad with pickled vinaigrette + sauce of your choice
– A traditional homemade Liège waffle with toppings & syrup
If you want a glass of champagne that is possible and can order it separately!
During the evening, we’ll also share more about Sobremesa Club, what we’re building, and how you can get involved, such as our SobreMaestro's. If you’ve been curious about this new Amsterdam food club we’re quietly growing… this is your inside access moment 👀
