CB Studio / Edible Floral Workshop with Veronika Fink

​Part botanical, part still life, part snack. In this hands-on workshop, each participant creates their own floral composition using a mix of edible and non-edible elements — berries, leaves, fruit, and seasonal flowers. Take your creation home, or eat it on the spot.

​Vroni Fink has been crafting bouquets across South Tyrol since 2011. Born in 1982, she lets nature guide every stem she chooses and every arrangement she builds — flowers aren't just her craft, they're her calling. Alongside her, Maria Unterholzner has spent seven years shaping flowers into living poetry, working out of Lana. For her, nature's palette is endless — a universe of petals, color, and possibility — and every event becomes a chance to compose something beautiful out of it.
