Amy Lynch is the Founder and Podcast Host of Mixing Babies And Business™. She believes everyone deserves to design a life that works for them and their family.
Over the past two decades, Amy has worked in contract, flexible, and remote roles across business, technology, education, arts, and creative industries — as both an employee and a freelance contractor in Canada, Australia, Ireland, and England.
A mom of three Irish-Canadian kids, she began working remotely in 2014 to create more location freedom. What started as blogging and posting about bringing her babies into business settings turned into a movement.
Since 2016, Amy has been producing parent-friendly professional development events, digital resources, and news to support caregivers who are building careers while raising children.
Her work has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Recovery Projects by Future of Good.
