This is part of our new "Deep Dives" event series, where we discuss some of the principles behind Effective Altruism (EA) with people who already have some context about EA.
In our kick-off event, we will be discussing how minds change. We've all had that experience where we've laid out a strong argument and compelling facts to someone else - but their opinion doesn't budge an inch. Why is this? Should we give up on changing others' minds? What does change actually take?
