For years, Head Over Heels has been a space for real, unfiltered conversations — where stories of love, loss, identity, burnout, family drama (and everything in between) found their home through the podcast.
Now, we’re taking those stories offline and into a space that feels just like home.
Heelers House is where our online community meet. A safe space for connection, laughter, and shared experiences that remind us we’re never alone in this messy, beautiful thing called life.
Our first session, Couch Confessions, invites you to get comfortable, talk about the sh*t no one preps you for, and be okay with not having it all figured out. It’s intimate, cozy, and completely off the record — just honest conversations (and confessions) between the Heelers community.
