Kindred Lisboa: Yoga by the beach

​Nikki here from the Kindred team! I recently discovered an amazing yoga spot by the beach, and thought, why not host a Kindred members’ event there? Kindred is thrilled to sponsor this event as we continue to grow our community here in Lisbon.

​Join us this Saturday for a yoga session by the sea. I’d love to see as many of you as possible! We can meet in central Lisbon and carpool to the beach (and you’re welcome to stay by the beach afterward and enjoy what looks like a great surf day). ​Meet your Yoga teacher
Laura, a passionate yoga teacher with 12 years of experience and a Tarot instructor for the past 3 years. She specializes in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha Yoga, and meditation, bringing a holistic approach to her practice. Laura’s love for nature, surfing, good music, and hiking shines through in everything she does. Originally from Santa Catarina, South Brazil, she infuses her vibrant energy and positive spirit into her teaching.
