Meno-Hacking: Real Women. Real Experiments. Real Results.
Menopause and perimenopause can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re bombarded with conflicting advice and endless information online. Instead of another lecture on hormones, Meno-Hacking is designed as an open, interactive conversation between women sharing what has actually worked in real life.
Together, we’ll explore four key pillars that can have a meaningful impact on how women experience this transition:
Protein & Muscle Mass Why muscle is one of the most powerful tools for metabolic health, longevity, and symptom management, and how strength training can help support energy, body composition, and resilience.
Gut Health & Cortisol Balance Understanding the connection between the gut, hormones, brain health, immunity, stress, and overall wellbeing.
Regeneration & Vitality Exploring the changes that occur during menopause and the emerging tools, technologies, and therapies that may help women maintain their vitality, confidence, and sense of wellbeing.
Cellular Health & Oxidative Stress How antioxidants, inflammation, and oxidative stress influence aging and menopause symptoms, and why supporting health at the cellular level may be one of the most overlooked strategies for thriving during midlife.
Rather than promoting products, we’ll share the tools, habits, therapies, and approaches we’ve personally experimented with, including what worked, what didn’t, and what surprised us. Attendees will also be invited to contribute their own experiences, creating a collaborative discussion where everyone leaves with practical ideas, new perspectives, and a few new “meno-hacks” to try for themselves.
This session is intended to be a conversation, not a lecture, bringing together women who are curious, open-minded, and interested in learning from both science and shared experience.
