Midweek at the Table: A Communal Ground for Practicing a Holistic Approach to Leadership
Your team has each other. Who do you have?
You're tasked to build safe spaces of trust, belonging, and growth for everyone else. But when was the last time someone built that for you?
Imagine a long table in the countryside. The food is shared, and the conversation feels like coming home. That is Midweek at the Table, only in River North.
What To Expect
You arrive.
Phones in a basket (We'll take special care of the babies). Curated local small bites. Shareable and messy in the best way. You sign a permission slip to try something new and play like it matters.
We pair you intentionally through a method we call Companion Planting™, first with leaders like you, then adjacent to you, then nothing like you. Simultaneously, you'll explore aspects of your leadership together through play. Because Play-Doh doesn't care about your title, and that is where the magic lives.
By 8:30 pm, you'll have met 12 to 15 people, leave with one small action to practice, and one person to check in with for accountability.
This Month's Theme: Emergence
Remembering who you are beneath the title.
Reconnecting with the moments your leadership landed – and the ones that didn't.
Reimagining what needs to emerge now.

Join the Table. Shape the Community.
This first table is small by design. To maintain the table's depth and safety, future gatherings will prioritize community invitations and referrals. As a founding member, you help shape what this community becomes.
Now there's a place where you don't have to lead alone. You always have a seat at this table.
