About the Host:
Tijana Buric is the founder of Career Alchemist® & creator of Team Chemistry™, a system that aligns people strategy with business strategy. She spent a decade working in consulting firms in Europe and NYC before founding her own company. Over the past five years, she has blended business strategy, Human Design, and conscious leadership to help founders and leaders build careers, businesses and highly aligned teams.
Tijana is also a Professor at Fordham University, teaching core business disciplines and mentoring student teams developing socially responsible ventures.
