Soul Alignment: Relational Trinity is a guided group energy session built around the first and most foundational relationship we carry: the one between our inner child and our inner parent.
Through breath, sound, and somatic movement, this session helps you reconnect with your most vulnerable, unguarded self and activate the part of you capable of holding that self with real care.
No performance, no story sharing required, just sensation, presence, and felt experience in the body.
