Gbemi Fadugbagbe is a Senior Financial Analyst and Advisor with over a decade of experience spanning financial management, cybersecurity frameworks, and strategic leadership. A CPA with a specialization in financial transformation and risk management, Gbemi leverages technology and data-driven insights to help organizations build resilient, future-ready financial systems. Holding an Executive MBA with a concentration in Finance and a B.Sc. in Economics, Gbemi bridges the gap between finance and innovation—empowering social enterprises to thrive in an evolving digital economy. Passionate about impact projects and advancing financial literacy, Gbemi is dedicated to driving operational excellence and meaningful change.
Tiernan MacCharles is an incoming Finance Transformation Consultant at EY, where he will help clients modernize their finance functions. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) at Memorial University, where he serves as President of the Consulting Club and Portfolio Manager of the student investment fund.
