About Event
Costa Mesa Mutual Aid is a grassroots community organization rooted in the belief that neighbors take care of neighbors. We run monthly distributions of food and household essentials, showing up every month for the families in Costa Mesa who need it most, including those who are often left out of traditional assistance programs. We serve approximately 160 families each month, just under 1000 people in total.
Join us for a night of community, food and helping others! We'll be repackaging bulk items (beans, rice, detergent, etc.) for distribution to local families in need.
Schedule:
6:00pm- Light dinner provided and socializing
6:30pm- Start packing
8:00pm- Clean up
