We host 60+ virtual and in-person events annually. While most events are private, we do host open-to-the public events and will do more in the future as we continue to expand into new cities.

This event is perfect for people, finance, and operations leaders in startups who want to improve how small teams collect, manage, leverage, and implement HR data.

Whether you're just starting out with HR analytics or looking to refine your skills, this hackathon offers a unique opportunity to work together, unleash your creativity, and pitch practical solutions to real-world problems.

What to Expect:

Participants will form teams of about 5 members and work together to identify key challenges and propose solutions in one of the following focus areas:

Hiring & Retention
Performance Management
Employee Engagement

Each team will have 60 minutes to collaborate, brainstorm, and develop a brief (3-minute) presentation to pitch their solution to the group. Teams should consider innovative, human-centric, and business-centric perspectives in their solutions.
